For the sixth year running, Konica Minolta has been certified by the Top Employers Institute, in recognition of its exceptional employee offering.

Konica Minolta includes a range of initiatives focused on the needs of its workers, including a choice-based working approach which gives full flexibility to employees to work when, where, and how they want to (balancing the needs of our business and our customers), as well as several thriving channels for all employees to access a variety of topics (e.g., Diversity and Inclusion, Virtual Book Clubs, Wellbeing).

As a globally recognised certification process, being named as a Top Employer underlines Konica Minolta’s commitment to offer the best employee experience and attract and retain industry-leading talent.

Gemma Lee, Chief People Officer at Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd said, “The professional talent market is fiercely competitive and we strive to be the Employer of Choice. [This] accreditation gives us an excellent opportunity to reflect on what we’re doing and to compare it to best practice across various sectors, making improvements and changes to ensure we remain market leading in our people practices and overall experience for all of our employees, both current and for the future.”

The company has won awards for its social contribution and is committed to workplace wellbeing, achieving its Sustainable Development Goals throughout the business and wider supply chain. Konica Minolta is listed among the ‘2022 Global 100 Most Sustainable Corporations in the World’ and has received the highest level in EcoVadis Sustainability Ratings.

The business also offers WeCare, an external platform designed to help employees look after their own wellbeing. This includes mental and physical health support, quitting smoking, healthy eating, and access to healthcare providers.

Gemma Lee added, “Konica Minolta puts people at the heart of our operations and everything we do. We know it is vital to listen attentively and to act where necessary. We work hard to ensure our processes and approach to the employee experience match the requirements of the rapidly evolving workplace and individual needs of our people. Whilst we know we aren’t perfect, and there is always more we can do, we are extremely proud of achieving Top Employer status again for 2023, and excited for the many initiatives and changes we’ll make over the next 12 months to address the ever-changing needs of our employees.”
