New company identity brings our three existing strong brands together under new WM People umbrella.
WM People is the new overarching parent company for workingdads.co.uk.
Our site workingdads.co.uk was first new strand to join the workingmums.co.uk stable in 2019. Since then we’ve added workingwise.co.uk to the portfolio that began with workingmums.co.uk. Working Mums Ltd was incorporated 14 years ago. Now it’s time to recognise how the company has changed with a new name. The company will be known as WM People going forward but all three brands – www.workingmums.co.uk; www.workingdads.co.uk and www.workingwise.co.uk will remain websites in their own right, run by WM People Ltd.
All the Ts and Cs and privacy statements online have been updated with the new Group Company name. There are no other changes to the websites’ Ts and Cs or privacy statements at this time.
Gillian Nissim, founder of WM People, said: “As the audiences we work with have grown over the years we felt that the time had come to have a Group Company name that allows us to better represent that diversity and to encapsulate the inclusive approach that we champion.”
The group’s vision is to improve the world of work through sharing and disseminating best practice, offering employers a platform to promote their progressive employment policies and advertise quality employment opportunities.
Its values include quality, diversity, flexibility, accountability and integrity. From the launch of workingmums.co.uk, providing jobseekers with access to flexible yet challenging work has been a central goal. The group works with the most progressive employers – employers who recognise the benefits that flexible working brings to their businesses including greater diversity, increased productivity, improved employee retention and engagement and adaptability to the fast-changing world of work.
Nissim added: “Flexible working can ultimately make work better for both business and individuals, so it is a key driving force within our business. We live it too – it is how we operate, so we understand the benefits first hand.”
