I have worked a condensed working pattern for a number of years now. In my current role, I work a four-day week with every Monday off, which I spend looking after my children. I was over the moon that I could continue this pattern when I took on the position of running a claims team. It means I am able to be as productive as ever but get a greater balance of time with my young family.
