Why You Should Join Us

For over two centuries, Molson Coors has been bringing people together over a cold beer, but today, our modern portfolio of award-winning brands extends beyond beer to meet the evolving tastes and preferences of our consumers.

With a presence in over 100 countries and a team of 16,000 talented employees globally, we take pride in our traditions, brands and the role we play in uniting people to celebrate all life’s moments.

As one of the world’s leading beverage companies, we are passionate about promoting responsible drinking and creating a sustainable future.

In addition to popular favourites like Coors, Carling and Doom Bar, our beverage portfolio includes Aspall, Rekorderlig, Staropramen, Madrí Excepcional and Blue Moon. We also have an expanding and evolving premium spirits range that include Black Cow Vodka, Bandero Tequila and Tarquins Gin.

As a People First organisation, we’re happy to discuss flexible working options.

Your Purpose

We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor on a fix term contract basis to join our brilliant Technical Services department.

You will be liaising with our external customers in their pubs, clubs, restaurants and more whilst working with our internal stakeholders to maintain our brilliant brands!

We offer Flexible Hybrid working – a mix of working from our vibrant Burton office and working from home. You will need to have a suitable workspace & good WIFI – we’ll supply the rest!

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our business – talking to our on-trade customers via inbound calls, email communication & via our website from pubs, restaurants, hotels, etc, supporting them with maintenance and new dispense point requests.

Being able to work as part of a team along with working under your own initiative, your day will also consist of working with internal stakeholders to plan in new installations as part of our expanding product portfolio.

This isn’t your typical call centre role, as our team & office vibe is like no other. We’re the power behind the pump – an integral role within our organisation which could lead to an incredible career in beer – we’re usually recruiting because of internal movement within our organisation!
