About this Opportunity
As an Account Manager you’ll manage Tusker’s customers, both new and current to build strong relationships and meet customer needs.
You’ll be :
- Providing pro-active account management to segment 1 and 2 customers for our salary sacrifice and contract hire customers.
- Identifying and managing opportunities to improve visibility and processes. Working with the Marketing team to strengthen customer relationships.
- Accurately completing documentation for the customer contacts and agreements
- Taking responsibility for enquiries (internally and externally), providing essential documentation, information and advice where necessary.
- Attend webinars when required, present to clients and complete scheme reviews via videoconferencing

What you’ll need
- Established history of rapport building and relationship management at a strategic level through excellent customer care.
- A high level of IT literacy; with a robust knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and online systems
- Strong attention to detail with an excellent customer service ethos with a positive, proactive and enthusiastic.
- Understanding of company car policies and procedures and to be able to explain these at a driver and fleet manager level
- Strong organisational and time management skills with a proven ability to plan, problem solve and prioritise
- Willingness to learn new knowledge and skills in order to adapt to changes with our product and services
And any experience of these would be really useful
- A full UK driving license is desirable, but not essential
