About the job

We are looking for a Learning and Development Partner to join our People and Culture team in Manchester city centre. From our captivating company induction in the Peak District to empowering our people leaders; our L&D Partners play a pivotal role in shaping the learning journey for all. This role will have a focus on designing and delivering innovative learning experiences and programmes for our leadership communities across the business.

The team collaborate on core development programmes throughout the year and individually lead on different initiatives such as: leadership development, shaping careers, developing our culture, inclusion, and soft skills. For technical or skills-based training, the team will provide our SME’s in the business with the right tools to deliver this.

We’re looking for an individual with a deep understanding and practical application of learning principles, complemented by exceptional facilitation skills that both enable and empower the learning of others. A key aspect of this role involves adopting a strong coaching approach, supported by a recognised coaching qualification.

What we're looking for

  • Delivering facilitation-led learning sessions
  • Ability to design learning solutions that enhance our culture, performance, and values
  • Developing leadership communities and designing senior/executive leadership programmes
  • Coaching managers and senior leaders
  • Responsible for the full learning cycle: consultancy, design, delivery, and implementation
  • Ability to work with colleagues of all levels and functions
  • Occupational testing (e.g. DiSC, Myers Briggs, OPQ, Wave)
  • Recognised coaching qualification to facilitate coaching relationships for performance and development
  • Working as an L&D professional supporting tech teams

We're offering a salary between £45,000 - £60,000 dependent on experience and a flexible benefits package to support your health and wellbeing.
