We are an award-winning growth marketing agency looking for an experienced Digital Strategist to further enhance our client campaign performance.

Our focus is on growing client revenue and profits through a range of proven growth hacking techniques, focusing on optimising traffic and conversions for maximum effect.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in uncovering insights and developing strategies to engage audiences across multiple channels in the digital space - including search (organic and paid), content, display, social, outreach and web design. You will have a demonstrable track record of delivering results, and you'll be passionate about research, data driven, with a creative problem-solving and can-do mindset.

You'll work with a talented team of digital marketing specialists, supported by Growth Managers who are responsible for nurturing relationships across our awesome client base and looking after their commercial interests.

We work with a diverse range of UK-based B2B and B2C companies, ranging from packaging manufacturers and home security experts, through to lifestyle blogs and pet retailers. Some are large, some are small, but all share a passion to grow.

And that's where YOU come in…

As a Digital Strategist, you will be responsible for the creation, and internal reporting of client strategies, working with our Growth Managers to ensure they’re commercially suitable and have a growth-driven focus. You'll have access to tools, and specialists within the team for tactical help. Our skilled team will execute against your strategy, but you will be responsible for its success.

You should have a test-based growth mindset, and will need to be both proactive and reactive to ensure that we make measurable progress towards our clients' goals. There may also be times you’re called upon to spot further opportunities for growth for our current clients, and prospective clients too.

We require 40 hours per month. Approximately 20 hours of this will be required towards the end of the month, to support our fantastic growth managers with our monthly reporting. The remaining 20 hours will be split across the month, for strategy creation, and also supporting our wider team with questions and queries. We plan in advance, so you’ll always know when you’re needed with a good few months of warning, and we would, of course, wherever possible work around your schedule too!
