An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Conduct, Compliance and Operational Risk team, part of Lloyds Banking Group's second line Risk Division.

This means we work closely as a collaborative team and spend a lot of our time looking at different areas of the Bank and analysing data to help our teams and businesses.

  • Experience overseeing the risks of building a digital bank covering Customer Understanding, Regulatory/Compliance, Change Risk and migration from legacy Infrastructure to new platforms/channels.

  • Knowledge of FCA handbook standards, specifically but not limited to BCOBS, PROD, SYSC, PRIN, relevant regulation e.g. CCA and associated industry bodies / codes e.g. LSB, BBA, UK Finance.

  • Experience overseeing risks associated with Partnerships, Outsources or Third Parties desirable, including knowledge of EBA and PRA outsourcing guidelines and Rule Books.

  • Experience of working with senior leaders.

  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels.

  • Knowledge of Business, Commercial / Wholesale Banking.

  • Proven ability overseeing strategic change, driving improvements to control frameworks/automation of controls.

  • Analytically minded and capable of undertaking data led monitoring - able to draw learnings / trends from internally and externally available data; experience using Power BI would be helpful.

  • Highly motivated, upbeat, self-starter with great diplomacy skills!

  • Be confident operating within a matrixed responsibilities model, working collaboratively within a wide range of people.
