Fantastic opportunity to join FM Conway’s Marketing team!

We currently have a rare opportunity to join our in-house Marketing Team as a Marketing Manager. The role will involve promoting the FM Conway brand by creating and deploying information to create awareness, develop interest and support our growth.

You will align yourself with a selection of our innovative divisions and will work alongside their operational teams to provide marketing support for our key clients.

This is a full-time role which will be based at our Sevenoaks Head Office. We are keen for our Marketing Manager to immerse themselves within our business so travel to our other office locations and depots will be required.

The Marketing Manager role

You will be responsible for a range of tasks including:

- Creating and managing key client communication strategies

- Supporting the Bid team in the renewal of contracts

- Supporting, managing and delivering events and marketing campaigns to support the client strategy

- Managing the corporate website with the support of the Marketing Team

- Producing social media content to support the client strategy

- Managing membership, engagement and interaction with trade and industry related bodies

- Ensuring client communications are proofread, consistent and adhere to all processes and guidelines

What we are looking for in our Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong customer focus and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be comfortable using a range of tools such as Mailchimp, Survey Monkey, InDesign and Photoshop. A driving licence would be preferable to enable you to visit our other locations.
