Are you an experienced Marketing professional looking for your next career move? At FM Conway we are seeking to recruit a Internal Communications Marketing Executive to join our small and friendly in-house marketing team. This is a full time, permanent role which will be based from our Sevenoaks head office.

As our Internal Communications Marketing Executive  you will be responsible for creating and managing all information relating to the internal communications within the business. You will support our employee engagement through internal communications, working alongside marketing and central business functions.

The Internal Communications Marketing Executive …

As our Internal Communications Marketing Executive you will be responsible for creating, managing and deploying internal communications to build employee engagement in alignment with central business strategies. Other duties will include:

- Identifying and providing recommendations to the Senior Marketing Manager on strategic internal opportunities

- Liaising with Marketing Mangers, HR, Business Support, SHEQ and Recruitment on all stakeholder communications to deliver relevant content to an internal audience

- Ensuring the delivery of regular communications to all employees through a range of channels including a weekly business update

- Managing and maintaining existing internal communication strategies including Rewarding Great People, Business updates, Toolbox Talks and communications champions

- Tracking and monitoring the success of internal online initiatives and creating activity reports

What we need from you…

To be considered for this role you must have previous experience in a Marketing Assistant or Executive role. You will need to have excellent written communication skills and a natural ability to network and make connections within the business. A marketing qualification would be beneficial but is not essential.
