We'd be looking for the following things in you:

  • Honest, conscientious and genuine, caring about helping people move forward with their finances.
  • The ability to quickly build rapport to understand, identify and meet your Customer's needs through our diverse range of services.
  • Acting with care and integrity - making time to resolve queries and building the trust to provide great service.
  • You will be enthusiastic with a record of delivering great service, and be a team player working in partnership with branch colleagues to ensure your Customer's needs are met
  • We also need your flexibility to work across a number of branches in the local area and some Saturdays when needed.

Day-to-day you could be:

  • Becoming an authority in your area, ensuring you can support customers with their needs
  • Ensuring customers get the right support when they call or visit our branches
  • Supporting customers' day-to-day queries in a confident and positive way
  • Ensuring customers can use our technology with ease
  • Supporting a number of branches and colleagues within your local area
  • Working with and motivating colleagues to make life easy for our customers
  • Taking the time to build strong, positive relationships with our customers and colleagues
  • Supporting initiatives within the local community

Our full time salaries currently start from £19,350 - depending on experience and hours worked (pro rata for part time). Including your flexible benefits, your equivalent starting salary will be c£20,000.
