As an experienced Personal Assistant at L&Q you will be responsible for providing proactive, professional support to our Director of Maintenance Services.

To be successful in this role. It is essential that you have relevant PA/Administration experience gained within a fast-paced environment. Demonstrable experience of working in a highly confidential environment is essential as is a high level of trust and professionalism. This role would suit someone who is composed, considered and who has exceptional attention to detail. You will need to demonstrate that you have managed a busy workload and be used to meeting deadlines.

In this role you will be the first point of contact for the Maintenance Services Directors meeting requests and emails, you will also arrange and manage meetings invitations both internally and externally including dealing with external parties, making travel arrangements as required and managing itineraries effectively.

You will be responsible for the production and distribution of reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the Director as required including those related to Boards and Executive Committee Meetings.

You will support the Maintenance Services Director by following up on key actions and data, as well as dealing with escalated Customer enquiries and complaints as required and liaising with other senior people internally to provide satisfactory communication and information.

You will also be expected to work alongside other Personal Assistants across the organisation.
