"A fantastic leadership role, with the privilege of leading our dynamic and hardworking Sky Business TV Field Sales Teams across the UK & Ireland. The Field Sales Channel is responsible for driving subscription and revenue growth, with 6 x Direct reports in the shape of front-line National Sales Mangers, and an indirect Team of 55 Business Development Executives across the entirety of the UK, and Ireland." What you'll do:

  • Be a figurehead for our Field Sales Teams, leading from the front, with high energy, and a people focused mind-set.
  • Support the development of the Field sales strategy and vigorously execute the plan to achieve against the strategy.
  • Lead and influence the Field sales team to always deliver high quality, consultative sales conversations with customers and prospects a-like.
  • Be plugged in to the trends and insights from both our customers and the licensed sector to enable continuous learnings and to drive the evolution of Sky Business.
  • Be trading focused with strong commercially nous; continually looking for opportunities to drive profitability & efficiency and faster growth for the business.
  • Leverage and execute against key Trading partnerships, to support the acceleration of our success.
  • Engage efficiently with cross-functional Stakeholders, to help our business thrive.
  • Play a meaningful role as a key member of the Sky Business Leadership team
  • Build and lead a high performing team; living and breathing the Sky values, whilst ensuring the team is properly mentored, coached and developed.
  • Further develop, and sustain a culture that is rich in diversity, representation and builds a pathway for Talent

Sky Business is the business-to-business division of Sky. We provide a wide variety of commercial premises across the UK and ROI with unrivalled entertainment, unmissable live sport and breaking news - connecting and entertaining millions of people every day. We also provide communication services to its customers including Sky WiFI and Sky Ethernet. Where you'll work:

Field based - We're flexible on location around the UK - this role will be split between home/remote working and being out in the Field with your sales team. Travel across the UK is necessary in this role. There is a car cash allowance provided for the successful applicant.
