We are looking for an 'Enquiring Mind'. Someone who Makes certain we go beyond explaining the data and instead asks the all-important question 'so what?'. Someone who looks for anomalies both good and bad with an aim to repeat successful strategies and remedy underperforming areas and furthermore, seeks out opportunities to go faster against our commercial goals challenging the team to ensure our best performance against our target metrics

 


What you'll do:

 

- Run the trading forums for the DC labs team - They ensure that the trading personnel within each lab report in at the appropriate forums the performance of their lab GOALS, the reasons for performance and their plans to remedy underperformance or go harder and faster in areas that are performing well.
- Coordinate all aspects of performance including site stability resilience any outage times should be evaluated and costed
- Chairing Trading meetings; ensuring all enquiries ladder up to coherent narrative for the Executive Trading meeting. The Lab Directors are responsible for their own performance, the HoD of Performance challenges them on the progress they are making towards our LRP
- Planning, including analysing current course and speed as well as doing the work, thinking and planning towards our go faster ideas and opportunities
- Working with the whole of DC labs and our vertical partners to lay- out our quarterly plans. Collaborating closely with digital marketing to ascertain the spend and strategy to meet the target (BuB) as well as identifying all the key levers in the quarter that are required to deliver performance.
- Complimentary insight work to assist the lab directors in their efforts to find opportunities. This includes call listening, session data analysis and bespoke queries with DTA. They will work close with trading and the verticals to surface opportunities the lab directors may have missed or need support in certain areas
- Working with strategy director to establish the return on investment at a lab level looking specifically at things like the value of experimentation over program thus informing choices around the distribution of resources for future roadmap planning
