The Learning Resource Designer is a key member of the NOW Operations team. They're responsible for giving our contact centre leaders and advisors the info and knowledge they need to support NOW Members.


What you'll do:

- Production of communication resources - from writing articles to producing scripts and creative briefs
- Design & develop learning resources to support our contact centre onboarding programmes
- Write and curate online knowledge content - from general guidance to process and policy documentation.
- Brief contact centre teams on upcoming change and work with them to recognise opportunities to improve the customer experience.
- Work closely with colleagues in Operations, PR and wider Sky comms teams to align key messaging


What you'll bring:

- Highly proficient in written English and able to adapt to NOW's tone of voice
- The ability to demystify the complex - either in words or via other creative media
- Experience of working with, or in customer support operations - could be contact centre, remote support or in-person
- Creative flare to bring digital content to life - you may have experience in Adobe CS, video production or creating content for social media
- A Keen eye for layout and user experience, across documentation and online content
- A high level of organisation and planning skills from working in fast-paced environments

Our Osterley campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Chiswick Park, Gunnersbury, Acton Town and Ealing Broadway tube stations. There's also plenty of parking, bike shelters and showers.
