This role sits within Sky's Consumer Engagement team, whose role is to inspire consumers, media and influencers to champion the best that Sky has to offer. We are looking for someone who is highly organized and loves working in a lively team dealing with a wide range of stakeholders.


What you'll do:

* Provide administrative support to our Director of Comms, Product & Platforms PR, Director of Content & Brand and Group Director of Influencers
* Extensive diary management; seamlessly prioritising and maintaining very busy and constantly evolving diaries
* Arranging travel/meetings /rooms/visitor bookings. Act as first point of contact in Director's absence and supervise Inbox as required
* Undertake all administrative activities as required including processing expenses, invoices, running distribution lists, coordination of new starters and team reporting
* Respond to department enquiries and requests; ensuring all are handled efficiently, acting as a delegate for Sky systems including Ariba, Spark & People Portal
* Support the delivery of department events and meetings as required whilst working collaboratively with other members of the Corporate Affairs team and wider business as a whole


What you'll bring:

* Proven PA experience to Director level
* Excellent organisational skills, able to multi-task, have good time management and an eye for detail.
* A proactive and self-motivated approach
* An ability and willingness to tackle new and different challenges
* Friendly, approachable and confident manner with a flexible, can-do attitude, collaborating for success.
