We are looking for a Store Manager for our store located in St. Thomas Hospital where you will be responsible for managing a team of circa 20. This is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking for a chance to develop and progress within a growing international retailer!

Job Description

What you’ll do
As an experienced Store Manager, you’ll take pride in running an outstanding operation - driving sales, managing costs and inspiring the team to make sure every customer has a brilliant experience. It’s also important that you create a positive rapport with the NHS Trust and the landlords too! Hands-on, target-focused and entrepreneurial – you’ll treat the business as your own. Looking after all elements of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and training onwards, you’ll take charge of your team’s development. It is vital that they’re ready to give a great service as Hospital locations are particularly demanding – it can be an emotional setting that requires an empathetic approach.

You’re a skilled retail or hospitality manager - in your element when inspiring a team. You lead by example, showing them what great customer service looks like. Commercially sharp, you know that putting customers first is key to meeting targets and budgets, and you’ll take full responsibility for P&L.
