Job Details

We are very pleased to be recruiting a Senior Operations Manager to join our London team and be responsible for leading and driving project performance in terms of delivery, compliance and profit. This is a very senior position which comes with a level of autonomy managing your own team, this is an opportunity to join an expanding business which may lead to further opportunity for advancement.

We are uncompromising in our commitment to deliver an industry leading service for our customers.

As such you will need an extremely collaborative approach, taking time to build relationships and gain an in-depth understanding of our customers' aspirations, project goals and potential project challenges, to ensure we respond in a way that means everything we complete surpasses expectations and delivers wide and enhanced benefits across the areas that really matter.

Values that we live by and would hope you do too - Courage, being Open and Respect for everyone (COR).

Our Senior Operations Managers manage either an individual large-scale project or up to 2/3 projects at various stages at any one time.
