Programme Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced programme Coordinator to support the Programme Manager to implement nurturing education on a large scale.

The charity has been working with schools for many years, to improve the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people by removing barriers to learning by promoting nurture in education

Position: Programme Coordinator

Location: Flexible as homeworking supported - office working available in London or Paisley

Salary: Circa £21 - £25k per annum, depending on experience

Hours: Full-time

Duration: 3 year Fixed Term Contract

Benefits: 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays and 5% Employer pension contribution

Closing Date: 6th August

About the Role

The Programme Coordinator role is crucial to the support and design of the charity’s programmes. Working closely with a Programme Manager you will support in the development of programme collateral for internal and external stakeholders, stakeholder engagement and management, programme support, designing pilots and supporting projects as required.

Main Duties

 

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Programme as directed by Programme Manager
  • Developing collateral for internal and stakeholder engagement with programmes
  • Ensure consistent and accurate updating of CRM and ensuring proper data management
  • Maintain good relationships with schools and colleges
  • Support the delivery of a portfolio of work to improve the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people
  • Support the measurement of programme impact in line with charity goals and mission
  • Build case studies and impact stories throughout the academic year to inspire other schools, support funder reporting and marketing and communication initiatives
  • Collate programme feedback to assist in development redesign

 

About You

As Programme Coordinator you will have previous experience of coordinating projects and programmes

You will bring with you all or most of the following skills and experience:

 

  • Experience of programme support
  • Experience of using Salesforce
  • Experience of collateral development and copywriting
  • Good customer service skills that mean queries are answered professionally and clearly
  • Excellent organisation and collaboration skills and ability to learn quickly to ensure smooth programme processes
  • Experience using Microsoft packages, including Outlook
  • Experience communicating with educational establishments and a familiarity with how schools and colleges operate
  • Excel at organising their workload and enjoy driving work forward independently

 

Ideally you will also have an appreciation and understanding of the impact of mental health, emotional and wellbeing upon children and young people.
