L&Q is seeking a highly skilled & motivated Performance Analyst to join our Development & Sales Division. You will be key in contributing to the reporting strategy and help us improve by giving a clear picture of how we’re performing. You will be involved in many high-profile projects across the department and assisting on the reporting of KPIs within the Division.

You will have a talent for analysis and insight; financial awareness; project management; reporting; and excellent written English.  You will be a self-motivated, professional individual who is able to communicate clearly and influence a wide range of stakeholders. 

Essential Skills:

· Excellent skills on MS Office suite
· Project management skills
· Strong reporting skills and understanding of report aesthetics
· Good communication skills
· Strong organisation and prioritising ability
· Experience with PowerBI or similar visualisation tools
