Digital Operations Manager
We have a great opportunity for a Digital Operations Manager to manage the delivery of new digital projects as well as the maintenance of the existing asset portfolio across the Digital and Technology team.
Position: Digital Operations Manager
Location: Swindon (M4 corridor)
Hours: Full-time
Salary: £30,000 to £34,500 pa plus competitive benefits package

The Role
The Digital Operations Manager will manage the delivery of new digital projects as well as the maintenance of the existing asset portfolio across the digital and technology teams. Working closely with the managers within the Digital and Technology team and reporting to the Head of Digital Operations, you will focus on ensuring new and existing developments (e.g. websites, apps and online tools) are planned and delivered on time, meeting objectives and within budget. You will also help manage the delivery of technology projects such as upgrades to Salesforce CRM, implementing a new telephony solution or migrating staff to Office 365. In time, the role may require line management.
About You
As Digital Operations Manager you will have a degree or relevant experience in a digital-related discipline with a deep working knowledge in the areas of digital and technology. You will have strong knowledge of project management knowledge, ideally using AGILE/SCRUM methodologies, UX, User Interface and design principles and IT infrastructure, systems, software and platforms, such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Salesforce, Monday.com.
You will have experience of:
- Working within a digital and technical environment
- Project management experience, having led the delivery of digital products (e.g. websites, apps, campaigns etc.)
- Leading IT projects (desirable)
- Digital specific discipline advantageous (e.g. digital development, software development, design, UX or other technical role)
- Leading multi-disciplinary teams
- Managing a variety of stakeholders up to senior management level
- Performance management experience, including motivating, supporting, inspiring and developing staff
