Soft Service Cleaning Manager - London - £25,000 - £30,000 Per Annum Salary + Car

Location – West London

We are excited to offer the opportunity for a Soft Service Cleaning Manager to join our ever-expanding team.

The main duties for this opportunity will include, but not be limited to:

• Managing a team of Supervisors/Cleaners and ensuring they fully comply with company procedures and regulations.
• Provide a comprehensive cleaning service and to ensure a high standard of work is undertaken and maintained by all.
• Keep track of attendances and manage the rescheduling of cleaning staff to cover absences
• Prepare monthly reports
• Carry out monthly audits with clients
• Attend monthly meetings with Clients/Line Manager
• Prepare and submit wages
• updating staff records and the Training Matrix

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

We are looking for an individual who will be able to hit the ground running with this role.  As such, it is vital that applicants have a history of Soft Service Cleaning and have worked within a corporate environment, especially as a cleaning manager or within the facilities sector.

When shortlisting applicants, we will be looking for those who are able to display excellent client and staff facing communication, be able to give evidence of successful management, and display competent knowledge of all relevant policies and procedures.  As auditing and reporting is done digitally, it is a requirement to have excellent computer skills.

Part of the role is to ensure that the staff you manage are making the best use of their time.  As such it is vital to the role to have confidence in delegation, where necessary.

As a company, we are very keen for our staff to be the best they can be.  Training will be provided throughout your employment, and refreshers are available through ‘Toolbox Talks’.  Your role will also aid in the training of those you support.
