The West Direct Maintenance team would like an experienced coordinator to join them in the role of Voids Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to make a differences to our residents and our maintenance service. The Voids Coordinator reports into the Maintenance Team Manager and has a close connection to the Voids Supervisors and maintenance operatives as well as regular communication with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis.

This position can be based from any of our office locations but will require occasional travel to the Slough Office.

The Voids Coordinator for West, oversee the void process for properties within Harrow, Hillingdon, Brent, Ealing, Hounslow and surrounding areas. Ensuring that communication is clear, voids are completed and turned around within timeframes and policies and procedures are adhered to

You will have an empathic approach and will have strong communication skills and good problem solving skills.


You will be responsible for coordinating the planning and scheduling of the Direct Maintenance Technicians workload through to resolution, using a variety of systems. You will have experience in managing diaries and working to tight timeframes, and will be focused with attention to detail.


To be considered for this role candidates will:

 

  1. Have a good understanding of Direct Maintenance preferably gained from working in a similar environment
  2. Proficient use of Microsoft packages and knowledge bespoke systems
  3. Attention to detail
  4. Organisation and Prioritisation skills and knowledge of planning and scheduling tools.
  5. Experience working in a face paced environment communicating with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Proven excellent Customer Service
