About The Role

We have an excellent Hybrid Work From Home / Work From Office opportunity available for a motivated Customer Advisor to join our team at the BMW MINI Contact Centre. With over 12 months experience in leading a remote team; support, incentives, and fun still remains a key aspect of the working day. This role is perfect for anyone who will benefit from being at home and still likes the buzz of coming into the office and being part of an active team. 

We have opportunities on both our Inbound Service Team and Outbound Retention Team.

Outbound Retention Team

Your primary responsibility will be to contact current, lapsed and unknown customers to offer services specific tailored to them delivering a great experience in the process.

Inbound Retention Team

Your primary responsibility will be to answer incoming service enquiries from our new and existing customers, providing the best level of service and ensuring you are securing the appointment for the business.

 

About You

You will be customer focused, target driven, a team player and always aiming to be the best. You will have a flair for talking and engaging with internal and external customers over the phone.

You will be a natural at creating special customer experiences over the phone.

You will have excellent communication and inter-personal skills, be articulate and confident and have the necessary experience to carry out the required duties of this important and exciting role.

It is also important for you to have a quiet place to work from home, a good broadband connection and be a self-motivator. All equipment will be provided for you.

Previous experience would be advantageous but not necessary as full training will be provided. You will work 40 hours between the hours of 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday with a requirement to homework on Saturday’s on a rota basis.

You will be required to work from the office during the initial training program at our Leicester office based on the Meridian Business Park, Enderby.

Homeworking will be part of a structured rota, 1 week at the office with 2 weeks at home.
