About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contact Centre Supervisor to accompany our growing team within the Jaguar Land Rover division

Based at our offices in Leicester the Contact Centre team are responsible for handling numerous customer queries relating to repair work and servicing

You will be responsible for ensuring customer queries are handled with care and attention to detail and you will monitor this by carrying out regular coaching sessions, as well as conducting meaningful one to one reviews each month

About you

Previous experience within a Contact Centre environment is desirable but not essential. We are looking for someone who is committed to making a difference with performance and call quality. In addition, someone creative who can incentivise the team on a daily basis

Finally, to assist in making this venture a success you must possess a positive outlook, hold a solid track record in terms of reliability and furthermore lead by example
