Our children's home in Frome are recruiting for vibrant role models to join their team as a Night Support Worker on a part time basis (20-30 hours per week)

Our home is a comfortable, warm environment that supports the needs of children between the ages of 8 - 18 who have complex needs which may include autistic spectrum disorder. Our focus is to support our young people to develop life skills and independence in a fun, nurturing and understanding way.

As a Support Worker, you will:

• Support our young people during the evening/night as well as undertaking a number of admin and domestic tasks
• Encourage positive behaviours and caring for the well-being of our service users
• Be alert and observant with regards to the needs of our young people with Asperger's Syndrome
• Provide personal care and participation in activities so energy and initiative is vital.
