Here at Priory, our aim is to make a real and lasting difference to the young people we support.

Are you ready for the recognition and rewards you deserve?

We don't just talk about putting our employees first. We invest heavily in training, provide first-class support, promote collaborative teamwork and give everyone on our team the opportunities and resources to achieve their full potential.

We're recruiting for full time Support Workers, Waking Night staff and Learning Support Assistants in our children's homes and schools across Southampton, Calmore, Lyndhurst, Lymington and New Milton. We support young people aged 5 to 19 with complex needs, including ASD and EBD.

What will I do as a team member of Priory Education & Children's Services?

You will create a safe, healthy and engaging environment to encourage positive behaviour within our children's homes and schools. Our teams help our children to overcome any difficulties they may face, allowing them to strengthen their future.

Depending on your role, our rota pattern includes some evenings, weekends and sleep ins. This ensures consistency for the children and young people whilst providing you with flexibility and the means for training and progression.

Young people with special educational needs and learning difficulties tend to take longer to learn new things and require further support developing their skills. The level of support varies from person to person but it's important to remember that with the right support, most young people with a learning disability can go on to lead fulfilled and independent lives.

Why work with Priory?
