Our specialist children's home in Kilwinning are seeking full time permanent Residential Support Workers, working nights only. You will need to develop positive relationships with our young people and support them in their daily practices as they work towards positive outcomes.

We are keen to hear from those experienced professionals who are passionate about making a difference for young people and have, or are working towards the attainment of, the relevant qualifications and registrations.

You will also assist the GIRFEC Senior Practitioners and Residential Services Manager in the care planning process and in achieving our high quality standards. You will ensure that your practice complies with policy and procedure and are in line with regulatory, statutory and compliance requirements and meet quality standards.

The successful applicant should have the following:-
  • Must hold a current UK driving licence
  • Working towards or completion of HNC Social Care / SVQ 3 which is a minimum requirement
  • You will be required to register with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) if your application is successful
