One to One Tutors required in the Bradford area.

We are looking for teachers and instructors who want to make a difference to the lives of young people who have struggled in the formal school system. You need to be empathetic and creative in your approach to managing the learning of sometimes hard to reach learners and be dedicated to making a difference.

This post will need you to be able to plan and prepare teaching resources and deliver them, on a one to one basis, with a student, in a non-school setting. This could be the student's home or other alternative premises. Whilst in certain circumstance some remote tuition may be possible; this is not always suitable for the pupil and most, if not all work will normally be carried out face to face.

The roles can be either Full Time or Part time depending on the needs of the allocated pupil/s.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate commitment and dedication, along with passion for working with children.

Applicants must have:

QTS (qualified teacher status) or teaching experience as an Instructor in a formal setting
Proven track record of working with children with challenging behaviour.
Excellent classroom control
