Fixed term until Feb 2022.  Location Omagh or Magherafelt (negotiable). This post will be based from home initially with a view of it returning to the Omagh/Magherafelt office.  Return to office date to be kept under review. We have a great opportunity for a temporary part time Administrator to join our Personal Support- Employment & Personal Development team, based in our Omagh office until Feb 2022. The administrator will provide support to our Employment & Personal Development teams across Northern Ireland. The Administrator will work as part of a team and is expected to work effectively and collaboratively with all colleagues, to deliver high quality, effective and cost efficient administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our services As a first point of contact for staff, individuals, families and members of the public, you will deal with general enquiries, support to facilitate daily operations and build good relations with staff and the people who use our services. You will support staff and managers as required and will complete tasks such as, but not limited to, handling correspondence, arranging meetings and calls, maintaining an efficient electronic filing system as well as processing invoices and expenses. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to prioritise your own workload. Experience of working in a related environment, using MS Office, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail and working to deadlines are essential for the role. This role requires the ability to occasionally work outside normal office hours and to travel to other Mencap locations when required.
