“Reporting and Performance Team – Service are responsible for the delivery of operational reporting and understanding how KPIs interact with one another. We ensure that whilst sales performance is improving, efficiency goals are met, all while following regulation standards – we monitor performance, conduct studies to gather information on how performance can be improved, and recommend changes to support it”- Head of Reporting and Performance

What you’ll do:

– Leading a group of Analysts, identify specific areas of improvement throughout Service, scope the tangible business benefits associated to an improvement in the area and design initiatives that will be executed by the wider Sales Operational Performance team, communicating back the risks/tangible benefits to senior stakeholders and agreeing next steps on where the initiatives will go.
– Hold responsibility for overall strategy design that will proactively improve operational performance, ensuring key focus is given to how efficiently Customer Operations operate whilst meeting regulatory standards through reporting and storytelling.
– Ensuring a Programme or set of related projects have the right level of resource and expertise in conjunction with the wider team and key stakeholders including the prioritisation of resource across Programmes or projects on an ongoing basis
– Monitor long term impact of initiatives and make decisions on further roll out working closely with key stakeholders throughout the business.
– Creating a high performing culture where your team has true ownership and autonomy of the projects they work on and making decisions that support delivery.
– Build and maintain influential relationships across the operational area at a senior level, which will include Directors and HoD’s.

What you’ll bring:

– Ability to prioritise high workloads and work remotely at a productive pace.
– Be able to work under pressure and keep their eye on the big picture whilst ensuring they don’t lose touch of the detail.
– Be able to programme manage large, high profile pieces of work, and communicate updates regularly.
– Ability to articulate themselves through written and verbal communication with confidence
– Have conviction in their opinion whilst still being able to take in someone else’s, allowing balanced decision making
– Excellent organisational and planning skills, that drives delivery through to completion
