Your new role
Understanding our customers and their requirements is pivotal to our mission - helping millions enjoy a better retirement.
We outsource the delivery of services to our customers and in 2023, the current administration contract is coming to an end.
As the Functional Design Analyst, you’ll hold a pivotal role in working on the new contract to ensure the business services are implemented according to our requirements. Not only that, you’ll provide your expert analysis and recommendations on issues related to Nest’s requirements.
This isn’t your everyday financial services job. We don’t have shareholders to please and our values drive what we do. We work with more than 800,000 employers and have over £12.7bn assets under management and we’re growing.
What you’ll need to succeed
A high level of experience in digital service design, and working with outsourcing providers in a Financial Services environment, particularly in pensions, is really what we are looking for. Working knowledge of applying Agile design methodologies would be real advantage.
Your enthusiasm and ability to ensure delivery is on time, of high quality and meets customer requirements is essential to ensure the successful long-term outlook. It’s a big responsibility but then it’s a big job.
