What you’ll do

Your obsession with customers is your raison d’etre. You’ll design and lead a high performing team with a unique formation specific to the strengths of that team leveraging those to create optimal performance for our people and customers. You’ll be the catalyst to ensuring our customer voice is heard, you’ll identify and capture visible and invisible service trends and barriers telling the customers story striving towards perfection. You’ll be in tune with what’s going on in the complaints and service world, with a sharp eye on our team’s brand’s positioning and potential. You will be the best communicator with the right attention to detail giving our stakeholders the comfort that we are the best people to make customers fans of Sky.

How you’ll do it

You’ll be a dynamic people leader with a proven ability to inspire, empower, coach and develop high performing experienced teams to be the best. You will have the credibility to build trust and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders. An excellent communicator who can simplify complexity quickly and accurately. You will have a track record of successful transformation – delivered change / improvement projects through people leadership at pace. You will have Operations Manager experience, good understanding of governance in complex organisations and always have sight of the bigger picture.
