Take responsibility for the delivery and tracking of technology improvement projects across our trading business in EMEA.

Play an integral role in driving the delivery of technology projects, dealing with and co-ordinating resolution on a diverse range of initiatives. You will be leading various internal projects that have an impact business-wide, taking responsibility for coordination and implementation in a regulated environment.

As a key member of the technology team you will be structuring and managing the delivery of projects, providing communication to stakeholders and analysing budgets / finances. You will drive the delivery of projects and actively triage blockers and issues across multiple time zones.  A desire to continuously adapt, learn and solve problems is fundamental. You will also be responsible for the tracking and reporting of technology projects being delivered by other teams to the business.

Your role will encompass end-to-end delivery and involve working with both onshore and offshore teams and global stakeholders. You will also be responsible for the full lifecycle of project activities in line with our architecture, security, risk, audit and compliance frameworks.

Bringing a structured and delivery focused approach you will have experience of managing global technology projects, strong stakeholder management skills and an ability to deliver in a matrix management environment. The successful applicant with have an analytical and commercial mindset, a strong understanding of technology, and be hands-on with a desire to get into the details.

Experience working in a Front Office Trading environment is highly desirable with a comprehensive understanding of the front to back and knowledge of Fixed Income or Commodities products. It would also be valuable if you have cross-border experience with different global regulatory regimes.
