ROLE DESCRIPTION

As Capco continues to grow, we are seeking experienced change professionals within Financial Services to deliver complex change projects and deliver positive outcomes for our clients. You will be responsible for leading teams, conducting analysis, advising clients in addition to driving and shaping key project deliverables.

Essential to Capco’s change delivery methodology is building credible, trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders, at all levels of our client’s organisation across the business and IT. The people we have in mind will not only have the experience and skills outlined below, but will be highly motivated, passionate and enjoy working across multi-disciplinary teams, where the clients become colleagues too and be eager to develop their career within a permanent opportunity.

  • Deliver large complex Target Operating Model/ Strategy change projects
  • Designing governance functions for managing technology function
  • Drafting integrated governance model & terms of reference
  • Interaction model documenting internal and external expectations on delivery
  • Producing guideline for global businesses
  • Attending IT focused workshops
  • Build credible, trusted advisor relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • To analyse strategic priorities and how they are tracked an executed across the firm


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience of managing complex strategic projects in a technical environment
  • Strong design, TOM and business architecture skillset
  • Experience in Business Case development/ modelling
  • Proven stakeholder and risk management skills
  • A background in Management consultancy &/or Financial Services is required
  • A proven grasp of information technology concepts and processes would be an advantage
