Administrative Assistant required 12 hours a week, during school term, to support administrative services of SWA Physiotherapy Services for Children, a small, independent physiotherapy practice based in NW London.

You will be performing a range of administrative, clerical and book keeping tasks as well as providing administrative support to our Practice Manager, physiotherapists, and service users.

Specific duties include fielding phone calls and emails, liaising with schools, families, NHS services and contractors, typing up physiotherapy casenotes and reports, raising invoices, updating payment records, PAYE, updating our web site and internet searches. The job requires excellent communication skills; excellent oral and written English language skills; a high level of competence in word processing and Excel;  fast typing speed and a high level of numeracy.

You need a proven track record of reliability and administrative competence in former employment. The work is highly confidential and responsible. It requires sensitivity and is subject to deadlines. We are a small business and you will need to be flexible and work across a wide range of tasks. You will be working on your own some of the time. There is some scope for flexible working e.g. working from home one day a week. We are near a tube station and parking is available.  Job available immediately. Initial contract, subject to successful provisional period, to run until the end of July 2020.
