We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Reward Manager/Senior Manager to join our HR Reward team in London.  This opportunity will give you the chance to work with the Reward Advisory team supporting our global operating groups alongside colleagues in London and Sydney.  This role will see you providing strategic advice and guidance across a range of business activities including year-end remuneration processes, business hiring and corporate restructures and acquisitions. You will monitor peer remuneration arrangements and market benchmarking whilst providing advice and guidance through use of data analysis, modelling, and interpretation. You will lead and support reward-related projects and change management including business collaboration and communication strategies, whilst partnering with key stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of appropriate new reward structures to assist client Business Groups with their human capital strategy and efficient allocation of resources.

 

You will have previous experience working in a similar senior reward role. You will have a high level of numeracy and a strong interest in working with numerical data coupled with the ability to analyse and interpret data to inform decision making. Strong communication and influencing skills are crucial, alongside excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task. You will have demonstrable problem-solving skills, along with a creative, solutions focused and commercial approach whilst maintaining high standards of client service. In addition, you will also have the confidence to think differently and be open to learning in a fast paced and changing environment.   

Prior experience of remuneration regulation within the financial services sector, experience with UK and European remuneration regulation developments would be advantageous.
