Who are you and what will you be doing?

Focussed heavily on new business, your role will include;

  • Identifying and approaching potential new clients and hiring companies about the benefits of advertising on our platforms and partnering with us.
  • As well as selling job adverts, bundles and packages you will also have the chance to sell a range of sponsorship and branding opportunities. You will be selling across all three major brands, workingmums, workingdads and workingwise, and even have the chance to earn referral commission on work you pass to our agency division, wmrecruit. Talk about
    maximising your earning potential!
  • Act as an advocate for flexible working, the benefits of a diverse workforce and inclusion in the workplace.

What experience should you have?

  • Current experience of digital sales.
  • Drive and determination – sales can be a tough job!
  • Proven ability to build a sales pipeline and close deals.
  • Confidence in speaking to people at all levels including C-Suite and Directors.
  • A passion for flexible working, D&I or equality in the workplace.
  • Experience of the Recruitment Industry – desirable but not essential.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Candidates should have their own laptop and access to home wi-fi / broadband if opting for part remote. We will provide a phone and training around our sites and packages.
  • Some previous experience in digital sales is essential and exposure to the recruitment industry is a plus, but certainly not essential.

What’s the Interview Process?

  • If your cover letter and CV catch our eye, one of our Consultants will be in touch.
  • Shortlisting candidates will have their profiles forwarded to our Sales Director for review.
  • Telephone Interview – A 30 minute call with the Sales Director.
  • Face to Face – You will come on down to our offices in Angel, Islington to meet our Sales Director and the Founder of workingmums.
  • Chemistry Fit – If you get to this stage you should rest assured that we probably think you’re the one. This will be a chance to meet more of our team and see how you slot into life at workingmums. It is also a chance for you to ask any final questions and sort out the details of your offer and start.
