Sales Manager - Part Time & Homeworking Available

In seeking to expand its reach and reflecting its ongoing commitment to technology, Tossed has developed Speedygreens.  This is the UK’s only genuinely healthy fresh vending machine, stocked fresh daily with a range of salads, wraps, snacks and drinks, and fronted by market-leading tech.  Tossed is now looking to scale Speedygreens into offices, gyms, transport hubs, and healthcare in and around London - thats where you come in!

We are looking for a Sales Manager who can drive this business venture where it should be by creating business to business lead generations, sales pitches and closing deals.

The role and its responsibilities

Reporting to the Speedygreens project lead, the role includes the following:

• Ownership of the entire sales process for Speedygreens, to include managing the customer relationship management system, contacting potential clients and preparing and pitching proposals;
• Assessing opportunities for commercial viability, agreeing commercials to secure sales, and managing the contractual process with clients to completion;
• Working effectively with the operations team to ensure a seamless client experience is delivered, machine launches are well-marketed, and following up to ensure results are optimised.

Pay and benefits

A part-time role with working hours equivalent to three days per week, but this can be flexible to suit he right candidate.  Remuneration to comprise basic salary of full-time equivalent £40k, supplemented by a significant commission structure for delivering successful machine placements.  Any other work the candidate undertakes should present no conflict of interest (e.g. vending, healthy food) and the role will be subject to a twelve-month probationary period to ensure the right fit and success is delivered.

Full-time equivalent benefits are 25 days’ holiday, free food during office hours and gym membership.  You will be eligible to join the support office bonus scheme and NEST pension. The head office is at the Baker Street store, but your role will require you to be flexible.
