We are looking to recruit a Co-ordinator to support our People team. The main purpose of the role is to provide administration support to the People team in their day to day operations as well as providing a customer focused service to the wider business.

There is an opportunity for the successful person to be supported by Willmott Dixon to complete an appropriate apprenticeship qualification.

Duties and responsibilities of this role include:

Project Co-ordination:

  • Project coordination of annual events including organisation of venues and sending out invites plus general administrative support.
  • Support with all administrative tasks relating to the People function.
  • Support with diary management and administration of the team plus organising all meetings for the People team.
  • Minute taking at meetings as required.
  • Providing support to ad hoc projects as required.

Management Reporting

  • Data Entry and production of reports from both the People Management and Learning Management systems.



Essential and Desirable Criteria

Essential skills required:

  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Computer literacy (up to Intermediate Level for MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint desirable)
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to continuously prioritise workload in a deadline driven environment
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Team player
  • Ability to follow through to completion with all tasks
  • Good customer service skills
  • Good general level of education to A-Level or equivalent

Desirable:

  • Database/ Systems Management
  • Advanced Excel Skills
  • Interest in Human Resources
