Part Time Finance Assistant

We are looking to add a flexible self-starter candidate to assist our FInance Controller in the following ways:

• requesting duplicate invoices,
• updating details on our database,
• posting invoices into Receipt Bank,
• responding to general account emails and queries
• HMRC admin 
• Companies House admin
• general finance related tasks as requested 

What would we require from you?

You will have an Accounts or related field qualification and experience workign within an accounts deprtment.  In addition, we expect that you'll be able to demonstrate the following:

• GCSE Maths and English
• Good Microsoft skills including Word and Excel
• Proactive self-starter, able to work unaided
• High standards of accuracy and attention to detail
• Good analytical skills and a questioning approach

• Fully flexible hours up to a maximum of an average of 16 hours per week
