We are looking for Support Workers to join our team in Bracknell. You will be working in one of our supported living services supporting three gentleman who like to go out and enjoy activities like bowling, cinema and shopping. You will be able to support with appointments and be proactive in supporting with health needs and medication. We are looking for a variety of hours which will include evenings and weekend work but we can be flexible to accommodate part-time and bank work.
