By having high expectations of our pupils at Ark Tindal and believing they can achieve great results, they start believing it too and rise to meet those standards. Join our team and join us in shaping the young minds of our future.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Primary Teacher with good subject knowledge of Key Stage 2 to join us on our journey towards Outstanding.  You will play a pivotal role in a committed team, working across Key Stage 2, making a real impact on the outcomes of our pupils.  We are proud of our three-teacher model, which allows our children to make accelerated progress to reach their full potential.  The Real Schools Guide 2019 ranked us as the 16 best primary school in Birmingham and our 2018 progress scores placed us in the top 3% of schools in the country.

"Team Tindal" is a strong community and our staff see themselves as one big family. Everyone looks after each other and there are regular staff lunches and social activities for birthdays and special occasions.

By joining Ark Tindal Primary Academy, you will be part of Ark, an education charity and one of the UK's most successful school groups, with a network of 37 schools in four locations across the country. Our aim is to give every child, regardless of their background, access to a great education and real choices in life. Being part of Ark means you’ll have access to a range of high-quality training and development programmes designed to meet the needs of you and your school, be supported by our network of education experts and dedicated central team and have the opportunity to take your career in your own direction.
