Big things are happening here at Managed Technology and we’re on track for 45% growth this year. As we continue to grow, we’re now looking for an Operations Administrator to join our team.

If you’re looking for a role where you will be given a range of responsibility, but more importantly, a genuine opportunity to advance your career, we would love to hear from you. Working closely with our Operations Manager, Finance Director and the wider senior Management team. You will play a pivotal role in providing 1st class support to all vital business areas as well as customers and key suppliers.

Your role is wide ranging and will cover; Customer Billing, Finance Administration, Sales Administration, Delivery Co-ordination as well as supporting customers with any Service-related issues – so as you can tell, there’s lots to be keeping you busy and variety to your day!

You will be dealing with a variety of people, so it’s crucial to us that you’re someone who takes great pride in your work as well as being a fantastic communicator and great team player.

Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks. Accuracy in your work is another key quality that you will need to display – you will be dealing with orders that can vary from a few thousand pounds, right through to £100k+.

Aside from the standard Microsoft packages, we use a small selection of other software (mainly relating to key suppliers & finance), so you will need to be confident in switching between different systems and have the ability to pick up new software/processes quickly and efficiently. The only “must have” is that you have previous experience of excel and are comfortable using this on a daily basis. You don’t have to be an expert, just confident in the up-keep and able to complete simple tasks – we can help you learn more when you join us!

We’ve created more space at our HQ in Kent, so your new home will be in a brand-new office space that’s been refurbished to a really high standard – it’s a great environment.

The role is Monday – Friday, with working hours of 8:30 – 5:30 and unfortunately, we’re unable to consider part-time options at this time.

Salary will be judged on each person’s individual merits; we would expect this to be somewhere between £20-£25,000. You will also receive 28 days holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays)
