As the UK's largest provider of social netball leagues we're always looking for highly personable, friendly and responsible umpires to run our netball leagues all over London & the UK. You'll be passionate about creating a "fun" and "enjoyable" environment for all our customers to play in whilst ensuring games rules are being adhered to from start to finish.
WHAT DO I NEED?
- A strong drive and passion to deliver a fun experience for our members
- +3 years experience of netball – whether playing at Uni or school or having formal experience and qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to develop relationships with people from different backgrounds/sporting ability
- Enthusiasm, flexibility and patience
- Willingness to motivate others

DO I NEED TO BE QUALIFIED?
No – you do not need any formal netball umpiring qualifications but we do expect that you have at least 3 years playing experience of the sport and a great presence on the court. Umpires with qualifications are eligible for a higher hourly rate.
