Job Details

What you will be doing?

The Digital Learning Consultant will be responsible for helping our software based apprentices gain the knowledge and skills required to ultimately successfully pass their end point assessments (EPA's).

You will be proactively monitoring the learner engagement through a variety of methods, actively seeking ways to keep learners engaged and pass rates as high as possible. 

You will be required to use a mix of online tools such as WebEx, Bud VLE, phone, email and face to face interaction.

What you need?

You will need to have an organised approach with the ability to handle a large caseload of learners. 

We require somebody with strong written skills due to the data recording/management element of the role. We also need someone with the ability to motivate learners as well as work to strict deadlines. 

Key technical skills required (not all) are:

  • Python
  • SQL
  • OOP in Java and C#
  • HTML/CSS/JavaScript
  • AngularJS/React.j.s/Node.js
  • Git/GitHub/Docker
