L&Q has an exciting opportunity for a BIM Strategy Assistant. This is a new role based in our Strategic Services department and will give the successful candidate exposure across our Development & Sales Division.

 

The successful candidate will assist in delivering the L&Q Building Information Management programme (BIM) for the development and handover of new homes. You will take a key role in ensuring the L&Q BIM strategy is successfully adopted on our residential projects. The BIM Strategy Assistant will provide support to project teams providing advice and feedback on the team's requirements for training, process, policy and technology.

You will be a self-motivated, professional individual who is able to communicate clearly and influence a wide range of stakeholders.

 

Skills and experience required:

· Sound understanding of the BS & PAS 1192 suite of standards and related ISOs.

· Demonstrable experience of BIM process and using BIM for project delivery.

· Ability to coordinate and manage own workload supporting project delivery.

· Demonstrable experience of data administration, Proficient skills in standard Microsoft office suite
