We need an Associate Dentist with an active NHS performer number with no restrictions to start working in with a practice which is independently owned in Horsham, West Sussex

DETAILS:
· Available ASAP or happy to wait notice period
· Up to 6000 UDAs at up to £11 per UDA depending on experience
· Full and Part time considered but other options can be considered.
· Salary range £60000 to £95000 depending on experience
· Close to a Train Station
· Established List

REQUIREMENTS:
· GDC registration and certificate
· Active NHS performer number
· Valid indemnity insurance
· Proof of right to work in the UK
· DBS
