TFS HEALTHCARE are looking to recruit a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) to work in the South West of England for several large NHS Trusts and Private hospitals.

We are looking for CPNs with previous experience of working in the community.

The Community psychiatric nurse (CPN) will be carrying out assessments, care planning and evaluation of patients within the community.

The successful candidate will be reliable, dedicated and adaptable. Must be able to drive and have access to a car.

The ideal CPN will be flexible and able to complete, Earlies, Lates and long days. Weekend work is also available, night shifts are limited.

We will be taking nurses on a full-time or part-time & ad hoc basis.

All candidates will need to have the minimum requirement to be able to register with TFS HEALTHCARE:

  • 1 Year NHS /Private Hospital experience
  • Full list of immunisations for health screening

  • A Current NMC pin with No Restrictions to practice
  • Able to get reference from previous employers
