We are seeking an outgoing individual, who thrives in a fast paced environment to join us in our Preston office as a permanent part time Call Handler. You will be working as part of a very enthusiastic team who keep customer service at the heart of every transaction.

About the role

This role is to provide an excellent service to our customers by responding to enquiries in plain English, keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision. Responding will be done verbally and in writing where required to avoid unnecessary hand offs and achieve high first point resolution.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, who will instil a culture of continuous improvement, through effective communication with their team and customers. The successful candidate will be a motivated team player and exhibit strong communication skills to deliver an excellent Customer Experience on every call.

Key tasks & responsibilities

* Take inbound customer calls, focusing on; identifying needs, problems and changes in circumstances.

* Provide accurate information.

* A professional, polite manner to be maintained without exception. Articulate speech and appropriate use of language.

* Identify and resolve/escalate complaints in accordance with company policy.

Additional information

Part time hours per week are 14.8, the successful candidate will ideally work Mondays and Tuesdays
